HOW CATERING WORKS

STEP 1

Select your pies from our online store. Minimum of 25 pies per order. You’ll have multiple flavors to choose from (minimum of 5 pies per flavor). We also offer our catering size “smalls” and our traditional window pies “biggie” as options.

STEP 2

Select the date you need your pies, note we’ll need 1 week in advance to get your pies ready (feel free to email us if you need an exception). Large orders over 500 pies will need 2 weeks advance notice.

STEP 3

Select your delivery and packaging options.

LOCAL DELIVERY COSTS:

0-5 miles: $15
5-10 miles: $20
10-20 miles: $30
20-35 miles: $40

Note: fee will increase if special requests like multiple drop off locations are needed.

PACKAGING OPTIONS:

Pies in catering boxes
Pies wrapped in paper sleeves
Pies individually boxed
Or give us special instructions!

STEP 5

Payment. Payment is due at the time you order.

  1. What is the minimum order size?

    Each catering order must be 25 pies or greater. For smaller orders you can order within 24 hours through our daily orders website.

  2. How far in advance do I need to order?

    1 week for orders from 25-500. Large orders over 500, need 2 weeks advance ordering.

  3. How do I pay?

    Payment is due when you place your order. Payment can be made via major credit card through our payment partner Square. Reach out for exceptions on payments (orders@thepiefight.com).

  4. How do I order Pie Fight catering?

    The easiest way to order is through our website. You can also email us (orders@thepiefight.com) or give us a call (385-222-5373)

  5. What flavors are available for catering orders?

    Always (include pictures): Classic Blueberry, Classic Cherry, Apple Crumble, Raspberry Oreo Brownie, Banana Chocolate Chip, PB&J,

    Seasonal (no photos): Peach Blueberry, Peach Cobbler, {full list coming soon}

  6. Can I request flavors for a catering order?

    No, mostly because we need the right ingredients to be in season. Check the seasonal menu for additional flavors beyond our standard menu.

  7. How much does Pie Fight catering cost?

    Our “Smalls” catering pies are $4 each. You can also order our larger “Biggie” pies for $6 each.

  8. Do you deliver catering orders?

    Yes we deliver locally for catering orders. Here is how the pricing breaks down for catering delivery:
    0-5 miles: $15, 5-10 miles: $20, 10-20 miles: $30, 20-35 miles: $40

  9. How and when do I pick up my order?

    Specify pickup time and drop by our location on 900 South. Give us your name at our window and we’ll hand you the order. 

  10. Can I cancel a catering order that has been placed?

    48 hour notice is required to cancel any catering order. 

  11. How long are Pie Fight pies good for? Should I refrigerate?

    Pies are good for up to 24 hours, no need for refrigeration needed. 

  12. Can I get Biggie and Smalls in the same order?

    Yes! Feel free to mix and match to what you want on any catering order.
